NPC is offering a confirmation class this Spring. The class will be led by Laurie Owen and Jake Raabe and use “Big God, Big Questions,” A PCUSA confirmation curriculum. designed for youth to explore faith, scripture, and Reformed tradition, enabling then to make an informed confession of faith. This curriculum is geared toward middle/high school youth preparing for church membership. When: 4/19, 5/3, 5/17, 5/31, 6/14, 6/28 Time: 9:00 AM – 1:30 P.M. (Lunch provided)

The weekly worship service is at 10:30 A.M. each Sunday in the sanctuary.

Children’s Church is held during worship for ages 3-5, except on Communion Sundays. Kids are encouraged to remain in the worship service on Communion Sundays.

A social time with coffee, cookies, and fellowship provided by the Deacons immediately following the worship service on Sunday mornings.

The newly formed handbell choir will practice on Mondays at 1:00 P.M. in the sanctuary.

This is a beginner dance class and it’s for everyone, even if you’ve never line danced before! Line dance in not only great exercise but great for your memory! Classes will be held in the family room from 6:30-8:00 P.M. on Tuesday evenings—except for the 3rd Tuesday of the month

On the first Sunday of each month, the Church Growth and Fellowship Ministry sponsor a birthday cake to celebrate NPC birthdays during that month. The birthday cake is served during the Fellowship Hour, immediately following the worship service.

The NPC Moveable Feast is a time of fellowship at a local restaurant each month. The Moveable Feast usually meets on the 2nd Tuesday of each month at 6:30 P.M. at a local restaurant. For the month of June, the Moveable Feast will also be moving days and will be held on Monday, June 8th, at 6:30 P.M. at Texas Star Inn.

The NPC Wellness Warriors Support Group had its initial meeting on July 15th. The group has decided to meet on the 2nd and 4th Tuesdays of the month. The meeting on the 2nd Tuesday will be at 10:00 AM at Northminster Presbyterian Church. The meeting on the 4th Tuesday of the month will be at a lunch meeting at a local restaurant at 11:00 AM. The next meeting will at 11:00 AM on July 29th at Chick Salad Chick.

The NPC Session will be trying a new meeting time. The Stated Session Meetings will be on the 3rd Monday of the month at 7:00 P.M. in the Family Room.

The Men of the church meet for lunch and fellowship on the 3rd Friday of the month at 11:30 A.M. at the BJ’s at 1604 and Culebra. Come join us!

Each month the Property Management Ministry hosts a church workday from 8:00 A.M. to 12:00 P.M. at the church on the 3rd Saturday of the month.
